3027 - Beginning Yoga-SS1

Join this ALL NEW class with instructor Tony Nickalls. The class will focus on quieting the mind, proper breathing techniques and balance. We will work on a series of gentle yoga poses that further focus on lengthening and strengthening problem areas, such as the back, hips, “desk jockey shoulders” and letting go of every day stress and tightness and encourage healing and well being. Anyone with current injuries should consult their physician. This class welcomes ALL LEVELS of yoga. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you need for class. Optional props may include yoga foam blocks, long strap and small blanket. Dress lightly for easy movement and feel free to bring water.
